All payments for coaching sessions, digital products, and courses must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

By completing a purchase, you authorize David Murray Lifeworks to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of payment, provided that:

  • No coaching session or digital material has been accessed or delivered.
  • The program or course has not yet been used or initiated.

Once a session, plan, or digital course has been accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
All refund requests must be sent to Support@davidmurraylifeworks.com and include your order number and purchase email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


6. Scheduling and Session Policy

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rebooked.
  • All sessions must be used within the specified validity period of the purchased plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DavidMurrayLifeworks.com, including text, graphics, videos, logos, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of David Murray Lifeworks and is protected under copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without prior written permission.
