Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Scheduling and Session Policy
- Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed and cannot be refunded or rebooked.
- All sessions must be used within the specified validity period of the purchased plan.
